There are 3 most known tours in Cappadocia, these are mix, red and green tour. Red and green tours are often offered together, with red on one day and green on the second. However, if you are planning the Cappadocia tour as a single day, the most suitable tour for you will be a mixed tour. The mix tour consists of almost all of the areas in the red tour and the underground city, which is the most striking point of the green tour. If you want to live a day to the fullest, choosing a mix tour becomes inevitable.
We offer mix tours in two options: private and regular.
What are the places visited in the mix tour?
Kaymaklı Underground City is slightly different from other underground cities with its narrow and sloping passages. In addition, 4 floors were unearthed today and the first floor was used as a barn. Another important settlement belonging to this place is the church that we come across after a passage closed with sliding stone and the cemetery where the people who served here are thought to be buried. On the third floor of the underground city, there are kitchens, food warehouses, rooms and wineries where grapes are processed and coppersmithing workshops. The jars and supply warehouses on the fourth floor show that this city is in a relatively better condition economically. Although only 4 floors have been uncovered yet, the diversity of the ruins here shows that many people once lived as the inhabitants of this city.
Paşabağ has the highest concentration of fairy chimneys in Cappadocia. These unusual rock formations were formed by millions of years of wind and rain eroding away at soft volcanic tuff. This left much harder rock behind and created the mushroom-shaped caps on top.
